This ramen is some of the best we’ve ever tasted. These guys have nailed it!

The packet tells you exactly what to do - but basically - add the noodles to a little water (not too much - it tells you!), cook, add the tasty sauce. Boom. That’s IT!

I like to add sliced shallots and chopped coriander on top with the ol’ soft fried egg. Sometimes I also shred through yesterday’s cold roast chicken. So many options here - maybe even shredded carrot, cucumber and daikon. Enjoy.
