Bay Grocer beef short ribs

Let us do the hard work for you with out house marinaded beef short ribs

Preheat your oven to 150C

Remove ribs from the packet and place in a snug fitting dish with the marinade ingredients.

Fill pan 1/4 full with water and cover tightly with foil. Place in the oven for 3 hours. Check meat is tender, almost pulling apart and falling off the bone. Return to the oven for another 30mins - 1 hour if required.

When meat is tender, remove foil and drizzle the ribs with honey and sprinkle with salt. Increase oven to 200C and return ribs to oven to colour and caramelise.

Serve with Bay Grocer chimmichurri or roasted salsa verde alongside roast vegetables and a green salad with lots of fresh herbs.
